the bear was headin towards the woods, should have let him go. I could see if he made the slightest move towards them or the crowd, but he didnt. If he did, then go ahead and empty your clips. But that little bucker was headin for the hills. • vinnymac707 on 21-Nov-08 cops did the right thing. that bear could have run straight towards the people standing there. • Lerxst03 on 20-Nov-08 Bear is cool cops no chance to kill him hehe • slingblingbling on 15-Nov-08 yoder101: that bear was already going to go down from tranquilizers. It could have been relocated or even sold to any number of zoos. • MB3Productions on 11-Nov-08 Well it was running off to the woods. And bears can run quite fast and quite a long ways on adrenaline. I think it was more so the right thing to do. I mean, none the less they scared the bear, so hopefully it will not return. • yonder101 on 12-Nov-08 Yoder101: that bear will NEVER return...it's dead. The end of the video you seem them carting off the carcass in a truck. • MB3Productions on 12-Nov-08 You damn hippy, Bears, and Mountain Lions attack and kill Deer, and other animals. I'll bet that bear ended up becoming somebody's steak on the table. It probably didn't go to waste. Not if Wildlife management had anything to do with it. • yonder101 on 13-Nov-08 LMAO yonder101 - "hippy"? You idiot, I'm a pro-gun, Christian Republican conservative. I have NO problem with hunting. That's not what this was. It was killing an animal that was tranquilized, while running AWAY, in front of women and children. "hippy"? You gotta be kidding me! LOL~ • MB3Productions on 13-Nov-08 lol well i retract my statement in calling you a hippy. Looks like we sit in the same boat. Is all I am trying to say here, is that all we see is what's on camera. Therefore, you or I dont know whether it was the right thing to do or not. • yonder101 on 16-Nov-08 Yonder101: no problem. I live in southwest Florida and we have black bears. Don't get me wrong, if one was in my backyard and I thought for one moment my family was in any danger, I'd shoot him dead & sell the meat (but I'd keep the skin!). You're right, don't know from a vid exactly what occured, but it's obvious they shot it with darts and it was running into the woods. • MB3Productions on 16-Nov-08 |
