I won't even begin to talk about the millions of uneducated lower class Mexicans bringing their "La Raza/Reconquista" mindset over here. This country in its form as we know it now may become no more in the middle of this century. No one seems to want mix in and get along. Eeveryone wants to get into their little ethnic/racial enclave and talk about how the "other" is out to get them. That's why I can't get good public transport in Atlanta, GA. Human beings are such pathetic divisive creatures...

When one thinks about it there is still unsettled enmity between blacks and whites in this country(usually among the lower economic classes of both groups) stemming from desegregation and the Civil rights movements. Now you have lower class immigrant groups like Indians and Arabs bringing their caste-system cultures, sharia laws and what have you here as well. I fear what the U.S. will be in another 50 years, even more for my children and grandchildren when they come of age at this time.

My question is, Why move to a country knowing full well of its liberal views? I don't understand immigrants who move to another place because of its liberal new-world economic freedoms, but are unwilling to concede to the country's new-world social freedoms. You can't have your cake and eat to. One does not exist without the other. This feudalistic old-world menatlity is so darkage. That's why the U.S.A. is such a messed salad bowl of a country...

Islamic requirements for a legal marriage include the requirement that both parties are able to give informed legal consent (ijab-o-qubul). A marriage without this consent or performed under coercion is considered void and may be annulled on those grounds.
